Every time a typhoon hits the Pearl of the Orient, the same stories are heard. Flood everywhere. This is what happens when funds that should be used to finance projects related to flood control head straight to the pockets of corrupt citizens. The same stories exist because robbers are still there. The benefits that should be shared by all are shared by few.
Despite the fact that majority of the citizens are striving hard to grow, corruption is like a flood that is washing the efforts of the hard workers. These corrupt men are educated; yet, their actions do not reflect it. They are killing the nation; they are flooding the doorways.
Like the corruption problem being faced by the country; flood is not the problem, it is the garbage clogged that causes flood.
