The Gaza-Israel war has similarities to the PH-China conflict; both involve claims in the territory. My call on this scenario is that one should not pull the 'trigger'; these conflicts should be resolve in a strategic and diplomatic way. If you pull the trigger, surely, the other party will retaliate. There will be an endless battle until one surrender or consensus is reached. In the end, no one wins; both are injured, resources are destroyed and wasted, civilians are afraid, hatred is created; only time will tell when everything will heal.
No one really wins on war, I want to advise our leaders to be careful about pulling the trigger; we can sacrifice our egos, but we cannot sacrifice the lives of our fellow countrymen and the peace we built thru the years.
